All orders go through a processing time of 24-48 hours. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number.

Once shipped, your order may arrive anywhere between 5 - 12 business days, depending on the shipping location for the order.

Every customer is given a 30-day satisfaction guarantee period where they can return the product within 30 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with it.

For defective or faulty items, we will request proof of the defectiveness in the form of a video. Once this has been processed, we will gladly refund you the entire order. Returns are not necessary.
